2431.02 - COMPLAINT PROCESS – ALL SPORTS

A. |
Complaints by a student, parent, or community member shall first be directed, in a respectful manner, to the coach at a time other than during, before, or after a game. |

B. |
The coach will respond within twenty-four (24) hours in a respectful manner. |
|
|
C. |
If the issue cannot be solved at this point, the concern shall be handled as referred to existing Policy 9130, principal level. |
|
|
D. |
Unsigned letters or complaints regarding any employee or player will be discarded unread. |
|
Behavior at Events
Disrespectful, unsportsmanlike, or angry displays by players, coaches or the public are not acceptable and may result in district action to prevent future similar incidents.
