The Centerburg Board of Education recognizes that in the interest of effective personnel management, a procedure is necessary whereby its classified employees can be assured a prompt, impartial, and fair hearing on their grievances. Such procedures shall be available to all classified employees and no reprisals of any kinds shall be taken against any employee initiating or participating in the grievance procedure. The administrative guidelines shall contain direction for grievance.
