4120.11 - TUITION WAIVER
The Board of Education recognizes the importance of implementing a program for the classified employees as provided for licensed employees. The children of full time nonresident District classified employees may attend the District School tuition free if the following stipulations can be met:
| A. | children must be served within the confines of either the high school or elementary school buildings with established programs. | |
| B. | child must be enrolled the first day of school for each year. Child cannot enter or re-enter during a school year. | |
| C. | child's enrollment shall not exceed eighty percent (80%) of capacity limits of any special education class. | |
| D. | child is not eligible for school transportation to and from home. | |
| E. | child is not eligible for postsecondary options. | |
| F. | child's athletic eligibility is determined by the O.H.S.A.A. | |
| G. | employee must have custody of child for school purposes. | |
| H. | child must reside with employee. |
