The Board of Education believes that the careful placement of support staff within the District is vital to the utilization of qualified and competent support staff for the successful functioning of the District.

The Superintendent shall be responsible for the proper assignment and transfer of all support staff members and shall attempt to effect the optimum assignment of the support staff in conformance with any applicable contractual or legal requirement.
