All support staff, not otherwise covered by the terms of a negotiated collective bargaining agreement, shall be entitled to leave benefits as determined by the administrative guidelines of the Superintendent.

Any leaves of absence granted will be with the understanding that it is a leave of absence from the Calhoun Intermediate School District and not necessarily from a particular position.

The Superintendent shall prepare appropriate administrative guidelines for this policy.
