All professional staff members not otherwise covered by the terms of a negotiated, collective-bargaining agreement of this District shall be entitled to the leave benefits as determined in the administrative guidelines of the Superintendent.

All requests for unpaid leaves of absence by professional staff members shall be presented to the Superintendent or designee for approval.

Any leaves of absence granted will be with the understanding that it is a leave of absence from the Calhoun Intermediate School District and not necessarily from a particular position.
