Professional staff members covered by the Michigan Teachers' Tenure Act shall acquire tenure in accordance with the Michigan Teacher's Tenure Act (M.C.L.A. 38.71 et seq.).

Administrators and other non-classroom personnel having rights under T.T.A. shall not be eligible for continuing tenure in those capacities. Therefore, all contracts of employment with administrators and non-classroom personnel shall contain the following language:
