6471 - AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES

District funds may be disbursed from the District's bank accounts on the signature or signatures designated by the Board. Annually the Board shall renew or revised the authorizations which shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting at which the renewal and/or revisions are authorized. Signatures of those authorized to sign checks shall be duly certified at the bank in which the funds are deposited.

The Board, by resolution, may authorize facsimile signatures to be used for general fund, debt requirement fund and/or payroll account disbursement.
