The Board of Education shall provide insurance benefits to all eligible support staff employees in accordance with the plan described in the District’s Noncertified Employee Handbook.

Employees eligible for health insurance may elect to receive cash in lieu of health insurance per Section 125 of Internal Revenue Code. This election must be made on an annual basis.
