The Board believes that the employees, and students of the District, as well as visitors, are entitled to function in a safe school environment. In this regard, the Board has adopted policies related to conduct in the school setting as well as those that address various critical incident event situations.

The Superintendent shall promulgate administrative procedures for responding to a critical incident event situation, which includes developing a prevention plan.
