5460.01 - GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS
An eleventh or twelfth grade student transferring to this District out-of-state or from another country shall be permitted to graduate on schedule and receive a standard high school diploma with fewer than the prescribed number of credits provided the following conditions are met. The student shall:
| A. | have successfully completed the normal requirements of the school district, state, or country from which s/he is transferring; | |
| B. | have taken and successfully completed a full schedule of courses, including as many required courses as possible, during the period of attendance at the graduating school; | |
| C. | have earned a 2.0 grade point average; and | |
| D. | have demonstrated proficiency in Reading and Mathematics by either earning passing cores on the Grade 10/Retake FCAT Reading and Mathematics tests or through a standardized test score that is concordant with the passing score on the FCAT as set forth in State law. |
