The Board of Education recognizes the positive cultural benefits to the students, staff, and the community in meeting students from other countries and in having foreign students as members of the student body of this District.

The Board will permit the admission of foreign-exchange students (from recognized and approved student exchange programs) who are residing in this District. All nonresident students in this category shall be eligible for admission on the same basis as other nonresident students.
