The Board of Education recognizes the convenience a petty cash fund affords in the day-to-day operation of the District, but the Board also recognizes that proper controls are required.

The Board authorizes the establishment of imprest (revolving type) petty cash funds in the care of the persons as stated in the annual Petty Cash resolution.
