It shall be the responsibility of the Treasurer to assess the tuition for approved students at a rate established by the State Department of Education.

Tuition billings shall be made monthly in advance of the billing period.

When payment of tuition by a parent or guardian is more than one (1) month overdue, the attendance of a nonresident student shall be unauthorized, and services will be terminated.

Billing shall be for a full month, for the months September through May (nine (9) months).
