Regular classified personnel shall normally, but not necessarily, progress to the next higher compensation levels in their classifications upon satisfactory completion of one (1) year's service from the date of employment. New employees who will have completed 120 days of the normal contract year by June 30th, may be granted one (1) year's experience credit.
