The Superintendent shall on a continuing basis evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs and educational resources in relation to the District's philosophy, goals, and objectives and the prescribed minimum standards as required by R.C. 3301.07. The Superintendent shall report periodically to the Board of Education on the progress of the District toward the attainment of its educational goals and objectives.

The Superintendent shall establish procedures to be used to evaluate the instructional program and educational resources.
