Salaries and fringe benefits for all professional staff members not covered by the terms of a currently valid negotiated collective bargaining agreement shall be determined by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent.

A description of these benefits are contained in the individual contracts which shall be revised whenever the Board makes a revision in the compensation of such staff members.
