3120.10 - JOB SHARING
Job share requests will not be approved by the Board of School Trustees. Employment status will be described as full-time or part-time. The administration may recommend that personnel be employed on a part-time basis to meet student needs.
Persons employed on a part-time contract as of March 1, 1997 shall be allowed to continue in that status unless that person's contract is non-renewed, canceled as a result of a reduction in force, or the employee resigns the positions.
DEFINITIONS
| A. | Full-time Employees - persons employed by the School Corporation to work a full day as determined by the school year calendar. | |
| B. | Part-time Employees - persons employed by the School Corporation to work in any assignment less than full-time. |
