It is the policy of the Board of Education to approve school sponsorship of functional occupational projects as part of the shop instruction related to the occupations being taught by the vocational program.

Functional projects may be accepted by the teacher with the approval of the administrator.

Careful consideration shall be given to each project to ensure that the service rendered is not being exploited and that the project is of educational benefit to the students.
