It is the policy of the Board of Education to provide an educational program that will make it possible for each student to not only complete a viable vocational education curriculum but also meet the academic standards required for the student to receive a diploma from his/her resident high school.

The Superintendent shall develop and implement programs, procedures, and other guidelines, in collaboration with local district administrators, that will best ensure that these dual objectives are achieved.
