The Board of Education may establish a child care center for the infants and young children of students currently enrolled in the District's programs and for young children in the preschool laboratory school.

The Superintendent shall develop administrative guidelines which will ensure the center is staffed appropriately and its operation is effective and in compliance with State guidelines.
