2230 - PROGRAM HANDBOOKS
A handbook may be prepared for an approved course of study or any other program in order to direct and assist the professional staff toward the attainment of course and/or District goals.
As appropriate to the course of study, each handbook shall contain:
| A. | the intended learning outcome(s); | |
| B. | knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to achieve those outcomes; | |
| C. | learning activities needed to achieve the outcome; | |
| D. | appropriate materials and resources; | |
| E. | suggested methods of instruction; | |
| F. | evaluation criteria, standards, and methods which will confirm the extent to which learning outcomes have been achieved; | |
| G. | operational guidelines involved in conducting the program properly. |
The Superintendent shall be responsible for the preparation of program handbooks.
