8310.03 - SCHEDULE FOR LEGAL ADVERTISEMENTS
The Board shall inform the general public of meetings, workshops, hearings, invitations to bid, and other items of interest to the public through legal advertisements.
| A. | Notice of meetings, hearings, and workshops shall normally be given at least seven (7) days before the event. The notice shall include date, time, place, and general subject matter to be considered. | |
| B. | Notice of intent to amend, adopt, or repeal a Board rule, other than an emergency rule, shall be given twenty-eight (28) days prior to the date of intended Board action. |
