7510.02 - USE OF BOARD SERVICES
The Board's warehousing, media, and printing services may be made available to any governmental agency or educational organization which operates an educational or professional development program from which the Board receives direct benefit or participates jointly with the Board in an educational program or otherwise has a direct programmatic relationship with the Board, and only to the extent of such program.
Criteria for approving a request for services shall include:
| A. | whether the agency or organization requesting the service is eligible; | |
| B. | whether the items requested to be printed, purchased, or produced will have particular educational merit; and | |
| C. | current scheduling and availability of the Board's facilities and services. |
All requests for services must be approved first by the appropriate division assistant superintendent and then forwarded to the Business Services Division. Upon approval of the Assistant Superintendent for Business Services, the agency or organization will enter into an agreement for use of services, which shall be presented to the Board for approval.
Outside agencies and organizations will receive secondary priority to Board business. Fees for services shall be charged according to the Board's current price schedule.
