5421.01 - REPORT CARDS

Report cards shall be regularly issued for all elementary, middle, and high school students. These report cards will show:

 A.academic performance in each class or course, which in grades 1 - 12 will be based upon examinations as well as other academic performance criteria;

 B.the student's conduct and behavior; and

 C.the student's attendance including absences and tardies.

A student's final report card for a school year shall state the student's end-of-year status regarding performance or non-performance at grade level, acceptable or unacceptable behavior and attendance, and promotion or non-promotion.
