The Board recognizes that some students need dietary modifications due to life threatening food allergies.

Students with a food allergy will receive appropriate substitutions of food items when the allergen could result in severe, life-threatening (anaphylactic) reaction.

The parent shall contact the Food and Nutrition Services Department to alert the staff and request the substitution of food items.
