Salaries of all support staff employees shall be outlined in the annual salary schedule adopted by the Board.

Any employee subject to the overtime provision of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and who is required to work in excess of forty (40) hours in any work week shall be compensated for the hours in excess of forty (40) at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate of pay for the service performed.

Any employee working beyond his/her designed total weekly hours without prior permission of the Superintendent through the principal or supervisor may be subject to disciplinary action.

Pursuant to statutory requirements and subject to negotiation, the adopted salary schedule shall provide differentiated pay for support personnel based upon District-determined factors.

Support staff members should refer to the current collectively-bargained agreement.
