Salaries of all instructional staff members shall be outlined in the annual salary schedule adopted by the Board.

Pursuant to statutory requirements and subject to negotiation, the adopted salary schedule shall provide differentiated pay for instructional personnel based upon District-determined factors.

Instructional staff members should refer to the current collectively-bargained agreement.
