Salaries of all administrators shall be determined by the Board on the recommendation of the Superintendent and shall be outlined in the annual salary schedule adopted by the Board.

Pursuant to statutory requirements, the adopted salary schedule shall provide differentiated pay for school-based administrators based upon District-determined factors.
