1113 - CONFLICTING EMPLOYMENT OR CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
It is the policy of the Board that no District officer or employee shall have or hold any employment or contractual relationship with any business entity or any agency which is doing business with the District, excluding those organizations and their officers who, when acting in their official capacity, enter into or negotiate a collective bargaining contract with the District.
Furthermore, it is the policy of the Board that no District officer or employee shall have or hold any employment or contractual relationship that will create any conflict whatsoever between his/her private interests and the performance of his/her duties or that would impede the full and faithful discharge of his/her duties.
