The District will comply with R.C. 5705.281 for submitting the tax budget to the County Fiscal Officer. The Treasurer will prepare and deliver the tax budget to the County Fiscal Officer no later than January 20^th of the given year. The tax budget will include all information required by the State Auditor's Officer.
