MISSION

The Finneytown Local Schools will:

	A.	provide each child a program of instruction that reflects the shared school community vision of educational excellence;
	B.	provide an educational environment that challenges and inspires students by fostering strong academic knowledge, critical thinking, appreciation for all human diversity, and enthusiasm for education;
	C.	support a world-class community service program to enrich the academic life of students;
	D.	demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement;
	E.	support a superior professional and support staff with sufficient and effective resources and thorough staff development;
	F.	provide and maintain a safe, orderly environment for learning;
	G.	inspire students to achieve their maximum potential;
	H.	create and support a tightly woven partnership between students, parents, school system and community;
	I.	support a full program of extracurricular activities that fosters teamwork leadership, self-fulfillment and school spirit.
