7434 - TOBACCO FREE ENVIRONMENT
The use of any and all tobacco products is prohibited at all facilities owned or operated by the School Board. The use of tobacco products is also prohibited in all vehicles owned or operated by the Board. The following definitions apply:
| A. | The term "tobacco" as used herein, shall include all tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, chewing tobacco, snuff, pipes, cigars, etc. | |
| B. | The term "tobacco free facility" shall mean the entire campus including all buildings and all outside areas, including but not limited to practice fields, playgrounds, football fields, baseball fields, softball fields, pool areas, soccer fields, tennis courts, open areas, etc. | |
| C. | The term "vehicle" shall include but not be limited to school buses, vans, trucks, station wagons, cars, etc., including personally owned vehicles parked on Board property. |
