The School Board recognizes the value to the District of obtaining the services of quality staff members who may not be available on a full-time basis but wish to offer their knowledge and skills part-time through a job-sharing process.

The Board authorizes the Superintendent to create a job-sharing program provided it does not impact adversely on the District or any current staff member.
